Return and Refund Policy: All Somfy products returned to Florida Automated Shade Inc. will be subjected to a 25% restocking fee unless it is defective, which is covered by Somfy Warranty. Eligible refunds will be processed based on the method of the original payment: products that leave the United States are not eligible for return. Thirty-day return policy for all Somfy Parts, shipping charges are not reimbursed if the return is not due to a defective item in warranty.
